Kott Gunning advises Trustruct Structural Solutions on its significant licence agreement with CSR Limited


CSR Limited acquired AFS Products Group Ltd in April 2014 for an initial consideration of $40 million.  Kott Gunning’s Louis van Aardt advised Trustruct Structural Solutions, the Western Australia AFS licensee, on its licence agreement with CSR Limited as part of this acquisition. 

Trustruct is the Western Australian supplier and installer of stay-in-place formwork produced and sold by AFS (now CSR) under the name LOGICWALL. CSR Limited was advised by Herbert Smith Freehills.

Phil joined Kott Gunning as a Senior Associate in May in our Local Government team.  Since being admitted as a solicitor in 2006, Phil has extensive experience in a wide range of local government issues, including:

  • compliance

  • roads
  • planning
  • infrastructure management.

Phil advises on statutory requirements affecting local governments and has considerable expertise in property and commercial matters.

Phil holds a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University.
