Insurance Team Expands

This year Kott Gunning has welcomed Stephen Williams to the practice as a consultant in the insurance practice group.

Stephen has been a partner at both Pynt & Partners and Freehills and has a depth of experience in insurance law and litigation.

Stephen’s main areas of practice are employers’ indemnity, public liability and workcover litigation in addition to which he has a wealth of general insurance experience and a particular interest in asbestos litigation which has been a substantial part of his practice for many years.

More importantly, Stephen is a rev-head whose much loved blue WRX (can be seen or heard) burbling around Mt Lawley on most weekends, is an enthusiastic supporter of the Western Force and sports a Bobby’s helmet of the West Midlands Police Force on his bookshelf bespeaking an earlier chapter of an interesting and varied career.

Such qualities will undoubtedly ensure Steve’s success as member of our team.
