Kott Gunning is delighted to announce that Philip Brunner will join the Partnership on 1st July 2007.

Philip’s dedication to providing a quality, value for money, legal service has been appreciated by Kott Gunning and our clients alike.

He always has time to ensure that clients are not only informed of what is happening, but why it is happening and the options that the client has to proceed.

Philip joined Kott Gunning in March 2003 as a solicitor and practices in the areas of employee relations, general commercial and rural law.

Acting on behalf of companies in relation to all facets of employee relations, Philip’s expertise also includes occupational safety and health.

He also acts on behalf of and advises farmers in relation to a range of matters including property transactions, succession planning, contracts, exploration and mining and employee relations.

Philip is a member of:

  • WA Farmers Federation Industrial Association (Secretary);
  • Law Society of Western Australia, and is a member of the Law Society’s Commercial Law Committee and Employee Relations Committee; and
  • Institute of Arbitrators Australia.
