James Saunders

James Saunders manages Kott Gunning's Construction Law Section. James' area of expertise encompasses construction, arbitration and major litigation. His clients include major building, engineering and construction organisations. James is a member of or affiliated to, the following organisations:

• Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators, Australia;
• WA Project Managers Association;
• The Law Society of Western Australia.

James is also a Mediator approved by the Supreme Court of Western Australia and is a member of the Western Australian Dispute Resolution Service Panel. Accredited Mediator - Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia. Mediator appointed by the Office of the Mediation Adviser under the Franchising Code of Conduct.
