Laurie James

Laurie James is Chairman and Senior In-House Counsel at Kott Gunning. His areas of practice include administrative law, construction law and alternative dispute resolution. His clients include local government instrumentalities and a wide range of participants in the building and construction industry. Laurie is a graded Arbitrator with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia and a registered Adjudicator, Conciliator and Mediator with that Institute.

• Fellow of the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators Australia, a Past President of that Institute and a Past Chairman of its Western Australian Chapter;
