Philip Brunner

Philip joined Kott Gunning in March 2003 as a solicitor and practices in the areas of general commercial, rural law and employee relations.

Philip acts on behalf of and advises farmers in relation to a range of matters including property transactions, succession planning, contracts, exploration and mining and employee relations.

He also acts on behalf of companies in relation to all facets of employee relations including dismissals, policy development, contracts and occupational health and safety.

Philip is a member of:

  • WA Farmers Federation Industrial Association (Secretary);
  • Law Society of Western Australia, and is a member of the Law Society's Commercial Law Committee, Employee Relations Committee and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee; and
  • Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators of Australia.
