In the first of our 2019 seminar series, hear from those on the front lines in the battle with bad debtors, lawyers Tom Darbyshire and Tim Kennedy.
In the first session Tim Kennedy will run through the basics of chasing bad debts. From initial processes through to commencing proceedings and enforcement options, Tim will give you some basic tools and a better understanding of what options are available to you. Afterwards, Tom Darbyshire will explain what happens when a debtor goes into external administration including the differences between the different types of external administration and what each of them mean for creditors.
Afterwards, stick around for some drinks and a spot of networking.
Doors open 6pm (for a 6.15pm start).
