Are you affected by the voluntary administration of RCR Tomlinson?
The appointment of voluntary administrators to RCR Tomlinson could be the start of the biggest corporate collapse in WA since that of the Forge Group in 2014.
The Forge Group collapse caused considerable financial and emotional distress for companies and individuals in WA. Some of this could have been avoided if business owners, property owners and other stakeholders had the right advice early on.
We will be running an emergency boardroom briefing next week for our clients and any interested parties on what they need to do now to deal with their exposure to RCR Tomlinson.
Who should attend?
- business owners
- property owners
- stakeholders
