Kott Gunning is a proud supporter of the 2015 Deloitte Spring Rose Art Exhibition supporting Cystic Fibrosis WA. Kott Gunning’s clients were invited to attend the opening night on Monday, 13 September.

This premier exhibition features amazing works by renowned WA artist Brendon Darby. Brendon is a multi-award winning artist and Archibald Prize finalist who has featured in more than 40 solo exhibitions across Australia and around the world.

Over 90 amazing works are on display demonstrating a diversity of artistic styles and interpretations by 40 leading Western Australian supporting artists including Crispin Akerman, John Stribling, Anya Brock, Nick Economo, Jacinda Bayne, Leon Pericles and Di Taylor.

Through the purchase of works on display, proceeds will enable essential services for people living with cystic fibrosis, deliver funding for critical research projects and support the Western Australian art community.

Many people are unaware Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is a common life-threatening recessive genetic condition which mainly affects the lungs and digestive system. Taking up to 40 tablets per day, maintaining intensive daily physio and visiting hospital regularly is an experience that children and adults alike must undertake. With an average life expectancy of just 37 early management of the condition will allow children of today become adults of tomorrow.

During the duration of the exhibition a host will be on-site during opening hours to answer enquiries, however more information can be obtained at any time by contacting Shelley on 9346 7339 or via email events@cysticfibrosiswa.org
