From 1 February 2021, the Victorian Government has banned the use of Aluminium composite cladding with less than 93% inert mineral filling for all new residential buildings (including aged care and hotels) with more than two storeys and all new office buildings, shopping centres, warehouses, parking structures and factories with 3 or more storeys
