Andrea Onley

Andrea joined Kott Gunning in 1997 as a secretary before becoming a Property Paralegal in 2006 in the property, trusts and estates section.

Andrea represents trustee companies, financial institutions, trustees, executors and individuals by providing advice and acting in relation to property settlements, security matters and estate administration.

Andrea’s experience includes

• Estate and Trust Administration – attending to general estate administration including Survivorship and Transmission Applications, and property and share transfers. Reviewing, advising and preparing Contracts of Sale by Offer and Acceptance and acting in the settlement of the sale or purchase.
• Conveyancing – commercial, residential and rural settlements – acting for purchasers and vendors of residential and commercial properties and completing property transfers for family law matters.
• General property work – assisting with applications for lost Certificates of Titles, Applications for Subdivision and Caveats including preparing a variety of Landgate and settlement related documents.
• Securities document preparation and settlements in agribusiness, residential and commercial and liaising to facilitate security transactions for rural lenders and Credit Unions.
