Daphne initially joined Kott Gunning as a Paralegal in early 2018. Since being admitted in April 2019, Daphne has been working as a Lawyer in the Business & Commercial and Property & Construction teams. Daphne’s experience includes:

• General property research and drafting advice, preparation of a variety of Landgate applications and settlement related documents
• Conveyancing – commercial, residential and rural settlements – acting for purchasers and vendors in the settlement of properties.
• Securities – document preparation and attending to settlements in agribusiness, residential and commercial matters

• Advice on matters regarding corporate trustee insolvency, security arrangements and Personal Property Security Registration issues
