Gabrielle Lindsay

Gabrielle spent 2 years working as a Legal Analyst at Herbert Smith Freehills in their Alternative Legal Services division while completing her studies. Initially, she was engaged in reviewing a broad range of business records and contracts for discovery and due diligence on high value national and international disputes and commercial transactions as part of a large team.

Over time, Gabrielle’s role at HSF developed into managing eDiscovery platforms, designing searches, quality-checking and coaching other analysts, as well as assisting the Projects team with contract drafting and proofing.

Gabrielle commenced certified practice in October 2017 at CLI Lawyers (formerly Milton Graham Lawyers), a formerly national firm specialising in volume debt recovery litigation and insolvency. Being a small team, she was closely mentored by an experienced and successful litigator with a strongly client-focused approach to litigation.

Since commencing with Kott Gunning in 2019, Gabrielle has worked on a broad range of litigated matters.
