Lian Devenish joined Kott Gunning in June 2010 as a Property Paralegal in the Commercial practice group. Lian has over ten years’ experience in conveyancing.
Prior to joining Kott Gunning, Lian has worked as a Personal Assistant at Partner level and gained experience in:
- Settlements of Residential, Commercial and Rural Property;
- Settlements of Businesses;
- Liquor Licensing Applications;
- Preparation of security documentation for second and third tier and private lenders; and
- Assisting in the preparation of Wills & Probate and Retail Leases.
