Peter joined Kott Gunning in 2021 as a Special Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.
Peter offers clients broad legal experience drawn from over almost two decades of legal work. He is a skilled advocate who carefully strategises litigated claims and other matters, from initial responses and pre-court processes, through to proceedings and, ultimately, at trial.
An impressive litigator and resolver of disputes, Peter has cultivated and well-honed strategic skills and instincts – he directs efforts to achieve the best result for his clients, from ethical, commercial, reputational and practical perspectives.
Peter has acted for developers, builders, architects, engineers, surveyors, project managers, contractors and suppliers in numerous commercial and industrial construction disputes involving, delays, variations, defects, warranty, insurance and security of payment claims.
