Rebecca Barker

Rebecca has over nineteen years’ experience in legal practice support.

Prior to joining Kott Gunning in January 2019, Rebecca worked variously as a Personal Assistant and Practice Manager.  Rebecca gained experience in:

• Debt Recovery in particular Strata Debt Collection;
• Preparation of Magistrates, District, Supreme and Federal Court documents;
• Preparation of various deeds, contracts and agreements including strata documents, leases and licences;
• Settlements of residential, commercial and rural property;
• Assisting in the preparation of Wills & Probate and Leases.

Rebecca conducts a wide variety of debt recovery matters and assist with many aspects of our valuable work for our Strata Company clients.
